Statesman updates

1.Make a page from template "game-updates.php" NO DATE on this one. Save in the root of in-the-news folder (Jeremy create during pd 5)

• This file will be used to add short Statesman updates where the information is too short to merit a full web page.

2. Once game-updates.php is created, add these items:

menu.css vs mini-site menu css

• We have multiple pages created from the mini-site
• Application of CSS isn't consistent between the 2 CSS files
  
• menu.css isn't working all that well
• We need iron this out before we build more and more web pages
• Analyze and provide me suggestions/process for a better top down solution
• ****For example... Library page will be recreated with error until we come up with a better solution*****

• Use the template and re-create the library page
• There is only 1 page to update
• The menu will be the problem
• I'm looking for a temporary solution while Geoff and Jeremy work out a long term solution
